14 Blades

Competed in covert combat from childhood, the Jinyiwei are masters of the 14 Blades. Eight being for torture, five for murdering, and also the previous blade reserved for suicide when a mission failed. An elite force of agents using a permit to kill, and the Jinyiwei devoted their lives and prowess to this service of the Emperor alone. When the Imperial Court is taken over by evil eunuch Jia (Law Kar Ying), the best of this Jinyiwei, Qinglong (Donnie Yen) is delegated to steal a list identifying those still loyal to the Emperor. Nevertheless unbeknownst to Qinglong, the Jinyiwei throughout the mission Qinglong has been strangled and barely escapes with his own life, and have dropped under the control of Jia. Qinglong must search out and rally the loyalists restore the Emperor and to rise against Jia As the most wanted man in the territory. In his way will be the most deadly assassins his brethren, in the territory, the Jinyiwei.
