A Holiday Engagement

Thirtysomething Hillary Burns has spent his entire life trying to get the approval of her parents Meredith burns up, her judgmental mother, to date without success. Section of that approval for Hillary will be to marry the person. That's why Hillary is so joyful she is engaged to lawyer Jason King, who will buy to meet the family for the very first time. However, since he tries to concentrate on his career which is apparently more important to him than Hillary Hillary's life starts to fall apart when she's her part time newspaper writing occupation once the newspaper itself folds, and Jason dumps her.
