Place in the gut of LosAngeles' underworld, Arc could be the story of Paris Pritchert, also a former police officer turned enthusiast and drug dealer, that embarks on a search to discover a child in the hope of redeeming his personality. The only real catch isalso, like all addicts, Paris' confidence completely depends upon the medication in his system and -- in this case -- his firm belief he is able to succeed in his mission if he can just stay high 24/7 and living long enough to see it through. To aid in the endeavor, Paris enlists the Support of Maya Gibbs, an African American prostitute cautioned not only in the language of the road, but also in the words of Maya Angelou and Nadine Gordimer. Along with the course of the dysfunctional duo crosses with those of their child's parents, a physician with a penchant for soliciting"Street Boys", a self-ascribed King Of Porna medication supplier having a gift in making outstanding hors d'oeuvres, and a hardened cop having more scams than the adept street hustler.
