I Give My First Love to You

With a heart condition that needs care Takuma is diagnosed as a kid. He becomes friends with all his doctors being treated at a medical facility. Mayu overhears her father saying that Takumas state is serious enough that he live past the age of 20 one day. Therefore at 8-years-old he gets a promise takuma isn't aware of this himself, however. Later in life, Takuma becomes aware he wont be able to help keep this claim and he begins distancing himself out of Mayu.
