Ma-nim (Kim Jeong-ah-II) becomes a priest after her husband dies out of sickness and also she arrives in Bukgando to get remarried. Her husband is a wealthy and handsome man but he is killed with a Japanese before she spends a night . Ma-nim is at the house. Everybody with her partner's side renders and the grandfather and slave named Bau are left behind. Ma-nim finds that Bau is now a way of staring in her and she's beat by a bizarre sense one afternoon. She had to oppress her dreams being a woman because of her two short marriages and identity that is strict. Bau hadn't ever made love before but she didn't mind his gaze on her. The both of them start a forbidden romance behind Rocco's back...
