Psycho-Pass: The Movie

Year 21 16 --The Japanese government begins to export the Sibyl System unmanned drone robots to nations that are distressed, and the machine spreads throughout the world. A state in the midst of a civil war, SEAUn (the South East Asia Union), brings in the Sibyl System within an experiment. Under the new system, the town of Shambala Float reaches calmness and safety. But SEAUn sends terrorists to Japan. They strike from within and slide through the Sibyl System. A man's shadow falls upon this incident.
