The Cleansing

Located in a small village in century Wales, Alice is just a sixteen year-old girl who inducing the plague which has ravaged the village, carrying the lives of several, including Alice's personal father and is accused of being a witch. When it's shown that Alice was hiding her mum's disease, she is forced to see The Cleanser, an figure that was hidden , viciously sending her mother. Defacto leader Tom and the town preacher has eyes for Alice, and issues her. Escaping the evening together with the help of her mum's friend Mary, before her implementation, she flees into the woods and finds the hut of a mystical healer, together with their own troubled past and demons. He teaches her how to exact revenge upon those who persecuted her, and nurses her back to health.
