Weekend at Bernie's

Synopsis James White (White) is just one of dozens of partner pastors at a megachurch in Southern California under the tutelage of tv evangelist Johnny Kingman (Wise). He jumps at the opportunity to become pastor of this impoverished Divine Faith Apostolic Church at Atlanta and always longed to own his own church. Two children and his wife are enthused about his mission. Neither may be the congregation but they might have to learn to trust each other and pull together to save the church from a tainted banker. It is going to have a miracle, given himselfto rescue all of them in this heart felt comedy.
