20/20
20/20 is an American television news magazine that's been broadcast on ABC as June 6, 1978. Created by ABC News executive Roone Arledge, the series was designed much like CBS's 60 Minutes but concentrates more on individual interest stories than political and international subjects. This program's name derives from the"20/20" dimension of visual acuity.
The hour long program was a staple in Friday evenings because a lot of the period though special versions of the program sporadically air on other occasions as it moved into that timeslot from Thursdays from September 1987.
