Naota is just a normal Japanese 6th-grade boy (even though a small suspicious ), but if his older brother leaves for America to play baseball, his brother renders his 17 year old girlfriend Mamimi behind. Mamimi has been sending mixed signs and advances and he does not know exactly what to do about her. However, to make matters worse, the world of Naota is turned upside down if a woman on the Vespa runs over him. Throughout their first encounter, she hits him over the head with her guitar, which causes a horn to cultivate out of the forehead. She calls herself"Haruko" and also her presence affects Naota's life to further insanity
