Of Kings and Prophets

An epic biblical saga of faith, betrayal and genius told through the prophet Samuel, this King Saul's eyes and the young shepherd David--on a collision course with fate that may alter the environment. One million years before Christ, the very first king of the Israelites,'' Saul, struggles to merge the 12 Israelite tribes and defend his state against enemy strikes. The prophet Samuel relays a message he must destroy one of Israel's ancient enemies. However, if Saul defies this particular message, Samuel prophesies that god pick the following in his place and and he will tear the kingdom of Israel apart. With time, Saul comes to understand that his greatest hazard will not come out of his enemies, but by the shepherd, David.
