A Simple Twist of Fate
If Michael McCann is thrown by the woman he loves, he becomes something of a misanthrope and a miser, spending all his spare money on collectible coins. Living in exactly the exact same town is an affluent family with 2 sons: Tanny and John. Tanny's a wild boywhom John can't restrain, and yet one night he divides in to McCann's house, and steals the gold and disappears, which confirms McCann's distrust of mankind. But a mysterious woman dies from the snow outside the house of McCann, and her daughter gets her way into McCann's house and right into the soul and life of McCann. He names her Matilda, and increases her, finding companionship and a fresh joy in life. However, them will rip apart.
