Dusty Rhodes is new in Jefferson High, and she shines like a.. . well, a cowgirl. Dusty is actually a cowgirl from Texas. Her parents have been in the U.S. Army: her mother a helicopter pilot along with also her dad a Specific Forces Army Ranger. she makes friends with a group that features, although Dusty is a outcast. Even though Savanah is sort of Dusty and Goth is cowgirl so they also bond and they have a connection. Dusty gets the school to agree to a Equestrian Drill Team and she enlists her CitySlicker friends to join the team. As Dusty and the team clinic, Dusty deals with all the anxieties that come with her mum fighting in Afghanistan.
