Police Detective Barnbrooke is convinced that the legendary psychopath known as "The Pied Piper" is to blame for the kidnapping and imprisonment of a young cellist named Eve Taylor in a basement that resembles a dungeon. But with three other girls missing and assumed dead and him having been unstoppable for more than fourteen years, Police Detective Barnbrooke is all too aware that if he can't catch his only suspect this time, Eve will suffer the same fate as the other Pied Piper Victims. It's one thing to know who the Pied Piper is, but it's a much deadlier challenge to do it quickly.
