Legendary Amazons

The film is put in early 11th century China. The emperor indulges in joys that are personal, as the federal government sinks to corruption and war continues to rage at the boundaries of the Song Dynasty and neglects state affairs. The armies of the country of Western Xia are invading the Song Dynasty. Yang Zongbao will be the last man standing in the Yang clan, a group of generals that have dedicated their own lives to safeguarding the Song Dynasty from invaders. He apparently expires in conflict tragically when the Imperial Tutor Pang will not send reinforcements to aid him. Yang Zongbao's widowed wife Guiying directs one different widows of the Yang clan to conflict to carry on the legacy in the husbands.
