Back in 1992, teen ager Sandi Tan shot the first road movie with her mentor Georges that was American -- who then disappeared with all the footage of Singapore. Twenty decades after, the film has been recovered, sending Tan, today a novelist in la, on a personal odyssey in search of Georges' evaporating footprints.
